We all carry stories about ourselves, each other and the world. Some are true and some are not, but they all impact how you perceive and lead your life.
Discover. Reflect. Reframe.
Discover.
Every practice starts with a real conversation, on your own or together with someone you're close to.
Reflect.
After a session, your report helps you notice what's actually going on beneath the surface.
Reframe.
Once a belief comes into view, you can look at it more closely, and start to question it.

My Pattern
For individual reflection
Give voice to parts of you that are often left unheard. Notice the beliefs and patterns shaping your life, and explore what might be ready to change.
My Bonds
For shared sessions
Practice difficult conversations with someone you trust. Use the conversation to reflect privately on what the conversation brought up in you.
How it works
-
Start with a conversation.
A space to speak freely and think out loud. Talk about whatever is on your mind. Your AI coach listens, asks thoughtful questions and helps you hear yourself more clearly.
-
See what showed up.
After each session, receive a private reflection on the patterns that surfaced in your conversation.
We explore belief and the strategies they may serve.
In shared sessions, you can also reflect on communication patterns that may appear when conversations get difficult.
-
What if the story could be different?
When a belief surfaces in one of your sessions, Let’s Reframe lets you explore it further. Start a focused conversation around that belief, with questions that help you look at it from another angle.
-
One conversation. Two private reflections.
After a shared session, each of you receives your own private reflection, including the beliefs, strategies and reactions that surfaced for you.
Your reflections stay yours. Nothing in your report characterizes the other person. It’s a space to learn about yourself through the way you communicate and relate to others.

What people are saying
““This tool doesn’t give you answers, it asks questions so you can come to them yourself. That’s real experiential learning. It can’t replace talk therapy, but it’s another tool, like journaling, for the big emotional processes we go through.””
“I love the Soil Health mission and the intention behind product. Their approach is thought-through, long-term and serious, which I think are important values to win the race once the hype in the space has settled.”
“Soil feels genuine and thoughtfully made. I already love the app. The reflection it gave me was incredibly accurate. I have already recommended it to others because I think it can be a truly valuable and reflective tool for many.”

We believe there is a connection between the relationship with ourselves and the way we treat each other and the planet we live on.
If we want to see real change in the world, we first need to take an honest look at ourselves — and become that seed of change.
That’s why we’re named Soil Health.
