My Pattern.
Short reflections after your personal sessions, helping you notice the beliefs and strategies that surfaced.
My Beliefs.
Behind many of our reactions are stories we've learned to tell ourselves. Over time those stories become beliefs, and beliefs quietly shape how we see ourselves, other people, and the world.
My Strategies.
The beliefs we carry can shape how we navigate life. Over time, we develop strategies for dealing with uncertainty, getting what we need, and finding our way through difficult situations.
What are core beliefs?
Head over to our blogs to learn more about where the idea of core beliefs comes from, how it is used in cognitive therapy, and how becoming aware of the stories we carry can give us space to question them.
You are not your pattern.
Check out our blogs where we explore these recurring patterns and strategies through an Adlerian lens, why they can be useful in one situation and limiting in another, and what becomes possible when we see them as flexible patterns rather than fixed personality traits.
Frequently asked questions.

My Beliefs are deeper ideas we carry about ourselves, other people and the world, which can shape how we interpret everyday experiences.
The concept draws from Aaron Beck’s cognitive model and CBT, where these are often called core beliefs. In Soil Health, we reflect back beliefs that may have surfaced in your conversations, giving you a chance to notice, question and explore them further.

My Strategies are the recurring ways we navigate situations, relationships and challenges.
Inspired by Alfred Adler’s Individual Psychology, they focus on what we tend to do, rather than defining who we are. In Soil Health, we reflect back strategies that surfaced in your conversations so you can notice when they help, when they don’t, and where you might want more choice.
-
No. They are reflections based on patterns in your conversations, not diagnoses or psychological assessments.
-
Soil looks for recurring language, assumptions and ways of responding in your conversations, then reflects possible patterns back to you.
-
Yes. They aren't fixed labels. What surfaces can change across situations and over time as you notice, question and explore your patterns.
